Really creamy! Really Easy!
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
| 1 | package | (2 lbs.) frozen corn |
| 1 | package | (8 oz.) cream cheese, cut into 1-oz. pieces |
| 1/2 | cup | (1 stick) butter or margarine, sliced into smaller pieces |
Heat corn in large saucepan according to package directions; drain.
Add cream cheese and butter a few pieces at a time stirring to melt and blend. Serve hot.
